This scenic air tour begins with a flight from Phoenix over the communities of Cave Creek and Carefree, over the Tonto National Forest and up the Verde Valley to the Red Rock formations surrounding Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon.  Your overflight of the Sedona area includes the unique rock formations of Bell Rock, Coffee Pot, Cathedral Mountain, the Chapel of the Holy Cross, the Enchantment Resort, the Sedona airport that sits atop a mesa and the canyons and outcroppings that surround the area. Relax and enjoy the views from above while returning to Phoenix by a more direct route.

On this tour, you will enjoy a narrated, scenic flight over the Tonto National Forest and Mazatzal Wilderness. Wind up the Verde Valley and experience the breathtaking overflight of Sedona. Upon landing at the Sedona airport, you will be greeted by a driver from a local Jeep Tour company who will escort you on your 2-hour back-country 4×4 Jeep tour through the surround outback areas. Learn the famous history, beauty, and spirit that is distinctly Sedona. Afterwards, you will explore and discover the unique shops and fine dining at Tlaquepaque, Sedona’s exclusive shopping area. You may also decide to spend time downtown exploring other stores and galleries. At an appointed time your Jeep will pick you back up and take you back to the Sedona airport for your return flight to Phoenix.

Depart Deer Valley Airport for a scenic flight to Sedona, land at the unique Sedona airport and change to a helicopter for an incredible "AnasaziTour” where you will explore the canyons and cliff dwellings of Sedona's ancient ones from a unique viewpoint.  After landing, you'll also explore the area from the ground with a Safari Jeep tour into the backcountry and surrounding areas. During the trip, a box lunch is included. Once finished you will head back to the Sedona Airport for your return to Phoenix by airplane.

Tour Itinerary:

Check in at the Deer Valley Airport in the morning for your scenic, narrated flight over the Tonto National Forest, the Verde Valley, San Francisco Peaks, Coconino Plateau, up Marble Canyon to Page, finishing with a brief overflight of Lake Powell. After landing at Page, passengers will be picked up at the Page airport by Antelope Slot Canyon Tours for a 1.5 hr. Tour of Antelope Canyon and lunch at a Page restaurant.

After the ground tour, passengers are transported back to the airport for departure to the Grand Canyon. This includes an overflight of the broadest and deepest part of the Canyon.   Next, we land at the Grand Canyon airport and go by van into the National Park for a brief time on the rim at one overlook before returning to the airport to continue the flight back to Deer Valley Airport



Monument Valley Tours Phoenix

The Monument Valley tour is by far our most encompassing tour, combining Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, and Monument Valley all in one tour. Begin your air tour with a scenic, narrated, flight from Phoenix over the Tonto National Forest and up the Verde Valley; make a beautiful pass through the Red Rock formations of Sedona; and soar past the San Francisco Peaks, Painted Desert and the Navajo Indian Reservation before arriving at the Grand Canyon. 

Upon reaching the Grand Canyon, you will experience a 20-minute overflight of the Grand Canyon from just 1,000 feet above the rim. Next, you will continue to Page, Arizona, located along the shores of Lake Powell. After a brief stop in Page, you will continue along the shores of Lake Powell to Rainbow Bridge and past Navajo Mountain en route to Monument Valley.

Land at Gouldings Field, just minutes from Monument Valley, and embark on a guided, 4X4 ground tour into the Navajo Tribal Park for about 90 minutes. Your Navajo guide will give you insights into the culture and beauty of this sacred area. Finally, return to Gouldings Lodge for a delicious Navajo Taco lunch and a little time for the museum or gift shop before returning to the airport for the scenic flight back to Phoenix.

Valley of the Sun Tour

Tour Itinerary

Departing from the Deer Valley Airport in north Phoenix enjoy stunning views of the Sonoran Desert on this 45 - minute tour of the Valley of the Sun!  Enjoy the contrasts of the turquoise waters of Lake Pleasant and the surrounding desert earth tones before passing over the communities of Carefree and CaveCreek.  The unique vegetation of the Tonto National Forest and the Bradshaw Mountains will lead to the Horseshoe Reservoir and Bartlett Lake, surprising oasis in the middle of the desert.  Continue through the Four Peaks area and Fountain Hills with the entire valley stretching out before you as you soar over the city of Scottsdale, north over Pinnacle Peak and land again in north Phoenix.



Antelope Canyon Tour with Monument Valley (D-ACM)

Check in at the Deer Valley Airport in the morning for your scenic, narrated flight over the some of the most scenic parts of Arizona, direct to Page. After landing at Page passengers will be driven to the Antelope Canyon Trailhead for a 1.5 hr. ground tour of Antelope Canyon After the ground tour passengers are transported back to the airport for departure for a scenic flight over Lake Powell and on to Monument Valley. We will land at the Gouldings Airstrip and then depart on a 90 minute, 4X4 ground tour, into the Navajo Tribal Park with a Navajo guide, up to John Ford’s Point, and stopping for photo opportunities on the return back down. During your ground tour a box lunch will be provided. Finally return to the airplane for your direct flight back to Phoenix over the vast high desert and Meteor Crater enroute. 2 Persons Minimum
